Director dealings: Mercantile Ports & Logistics director ups holdings
(Sharecast News) - Mercantile Ports & Logistics revealed on Friday that non-executive director John Fitzgerald had acquired 624,419 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed Indian port operator. Fitzgerald, who joined the board of MPL in 2017, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 1.575p each, for a total value of £9,818.98.
Following the transaction, Fitzgerald holds an interest in a total of 681,002 ordinary MPL shares, representing 0.19% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1615 GMT, MPL shares were up 0.47% at 1.46p.
