Director dealings: Litigation Capital chair invests, MP Evans director covers costs
(Sharecast News) - Litigation Capital Management was at the top of the list of director buys on Monday, after its chairman spent more than £0.16m on its shares. The AIM-traded firm said Jonathan Moulds bought 155,000 shares at a price of 104.92p each, spending a total of £162,626.01 in the process.
It said that following the purchase, Moulds had an interest in 1.98 million of its shares, representing 1.66% of its issued share capital.
On the selling side of things was palm oil producer MP Evans, after an executive director sold almost £0.15m of shares to cover the costs of an option exercise.
The AIM-traded company said K Chandra Sekaran exercised options over 30,000 shares, and then sold 14,000 to cover his costs.
Sekaran sold those shares for 1,061p each, netting a total of £148,540.
