Director dealings: Jadestone Energy director snaps up shares via Tyrus Capital
(Sharecast News) - Jadestone Energy revealed on Friday that non-executive director Gunter Waldner had acquired 177,501 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed upstream business. Waldner, who snapped up the shares via his interest in Tyrus Capital, purchased the shares on Wednesday for an average price of 19.39p each, for a total value of £34,417.44.
As of 1540 BST, Jadestone shares were down 4.22% at 18.68p.
