Director dealings: Jadestone Energy director raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Jadestone Energy revealed on Monday that non-executive director Gunter Waldner had acquired 896,500 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed upstream production company. Tyrus Capital Special Situations Master Fund, of which Waldner is closely associated with, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 26.75p each, for a total value of £239,813.76.

As of 1615 GMT, Jadestone Energy shares were up 6.56% at 28.77p.
