Director dealings: IPF non-exec picks up shares, Hutchmed China director linked to sale

(Sharecast News) - International Personal Finance was among the companies on the list of director purchases on Thursday after a non-executive director spent more than £18k on shares. The company said Deborah Davis picked up 15,000 shares on 13 September in a single transaction on the London Stock Exchange.

It said Davis paid 122.5p for each share, valuing the transaction at £18,375.00.

On the selling side of things was Hutchmed China after it disclosed that the spouse of an independent non-executive director had offloaded a tranche of shares.

The firm said Debbie Sue Chung, the spouse of director Graeme Jack, sold 3,000 American depositary shares on 12 September in a single transaction on the Nasdaq.

Chung sold the shares for $14.70 apiece, giving the sale a total value of $44,100.

At 1437 BST, shares in International Personal Finance were down 0.4% at 124p, while those in Hutchmed China were 1.71% firmer at 237.5p.
