Director dealings: Getbusy director snaps up shares
(Sharecast News) - Getbusy revealed on Monday that non-executive director Clive Rabie had acquired 270,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed software solutions firm. Rabie, who was appointed to the board of Getbusy in 2017, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 71p each, for a total value of £191,699.99.
Following the transaction, Rabie holds a beneficial interest in 11.97m ordinary Getbusy shares, representing approximately 23.62% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1530 GMT, Getbusy shares were up 1.29% at 73.94p.
