Director dealings: Getbusy director raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Getbusy revealed on Monday that non-executive director Clive Rabie had acquired 250,000 shares in the AIM-listed software provider. Rabie, who joined Getbusy in 2017, purchased the shares at an average price of 66.50p each, for a total value of £166,250.01.
Following the transaction, Rabie holds a beneficial interest in 9.49m ordinary Getbusy shares, representing approximately 18.73% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1525 BST, Getbusy shares were up 0.46% at 68.32p.
