Director dealings: Franchise Brands director raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Franchise Brands revealed on Monday that non-executive director Louise George had acquired 50,000 ordinary shares in the multi-brand franchise business. George, who previously acted as CFO of Belvoir Group, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 145.0p each, for a total value of £72,500.
Following the transaction, George now holds a beneficial interest in 150,000 Franchise Brands shares, representing approximately 0.077% of the company's total voting rights.
As of 1620 BST, Franchise Brands shares were down 5.0% at 142.50p.
