Director dealings: Focusrite non-exec invests, Tremor International CEO covers tax bill
(Sharecast News) - Audio hardware specialist Focusrite was on the list of buys on Friday, after one of its non-executive directors spent almost £40k on shares. The AIM-traded firm said Mike Butterworth bought 3,873 shares in the company on Thursday at a price of 1,016p each, spending a total of £39,349.68 in the process.
It said that, following the transaction, Butterworth held a total of 3,873 of its shares, representing 0.006% of its issued share capital.
On the selling side of the ledger was advertising technology firm Tremor International, whose chief executive sold three tranches of shares to cover a tax bill.
The AIM-traded company said Ofer Druker sold 56,800 shares for $5.98 each, 27,800 shares for $6.30 each, and 23,000 shares for $6.58 apiece.
That made the three transactions worth $280,089.06, $144,421.54, and $124,795.91, respectively.
Tremor said Druker sold the shares to cover tax obligations that arose from the vesting of performance share awards on 25 April.
Following the sales, the CEO had a total holding of 3,603,851 shares, representing 2.36% of Tremor's total voting rights.
