Director dealings: Ferguson director invests, PensionBee board members place shares
(Sharecast News) - Ferguson and PensionBee were among the companies announcing significant transactions by directors on Friday.
Plumbing and heating products distributor Ferguson said non-employee director Kelly Baker purchased 247 ordinary for $202.4811 each, amounting to a total value of $50,012.83.
The purchase was executed on 18 June on the New York Stock Exchange.
PensionBee Group meanwhile disclosed that chief executive officer Romi Savova, chief technology officer Jonathan Lister Parsons, and chair Mark Wood CBE, had collectively sold 5.6 million shares to institutional investors.
The transaction, aimed at increasing institutional ownership and liquidity, was conducted at a price of 153.5p per share.
Post-transaction, Romi Savova retained 76,038,686 shares, Jonathan Lister Parsons held 11,990,520 shares, and Mark Wood's shareholding stood at 2,482,805 shares.
At the close on Friday, shares in Ferguson were down 1.44% at 15,355p, while those in PensionBee Group were up 2.58% at 159p.
