Director dealings: Director-led firm buys £2.58m of MJ Gleeson shares

(Sharecast News) - Low-cost housebuilder MJ Gleeson was at the top of the list of director deals on Monday, after a company run by one of its non-executive directors bought more than £2.5m worth of shares. The London-listed firm said the North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust purchased 500,000 of its shares on Thursday.

It said the firm paid 515p for each share, spending a total of £2,575,000.05 in the process.

The North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust is led by its chief executive officer and investment manager Christopher Mills, who is also a non-executive director of MJ Gleeson.
