Director dealings: Corero Network Security CFO snaps up shares
(Sharecast News) - Corero Network Security revealed on Monday that chief financial officer Chris Goulden had acquired 220,264 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed DDoS protection provider. Goulden, who took over as CFO in May 2024, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 9.08p each, for a total value of £19,999.97.
Following the transaction, Goulden holds a beneficial interest in 360,887 ordinary Corero shares, representing approximately 0.07% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1530 BST, Corero shares were down 0.89% at 8.92p.
