Director dealings: Centralnic director raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Centralnic Group revealed on Friday that non-executive director May Royde had acquired 85,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed IT service management company. Royde, who made the purchase via his interest in Kestrel Partners, snapped up the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 149.17p, for a total value of £126,794.24.
As of 1635 GMT, Centralnic shares were down 2.05% at 143.50p.
