Director dealings: Bluejay Mining non executive director ups stake
(Sharecast News) - Bluejay Mining revealed on Friday that non-executive director Roderick McIllree had acquired 7.5m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed exploration and development company. McIllree, who previously served as Bluejay's CEO and executive chairman, purchased the shares at an average price of 0.31p each, for a total value of £23,359.50.
Following the transaction, McIllree holds a beneficial interest in 111.66m ordinary Bluejay shares, representing approximately 5.34% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1630 BST, Bluejay shares were down 1.56% at 0.32p.
