Director dealings: Arcontech CEO invests, Hargreaves Services director conducts sale-and-repurchase
(Sharecast News) - Matthew Jeffs, chief executive officer of Arcontech Group, disclosed a series of personal share purchases in the company on Monday, amounting to a total of 60,000 ordinary shares. The transactions were carried out over two days, with Jeffs acquiring 50,000 shares at 120p each on 7 November, followed by an additional 10,000 shares at 118p each on 8 November.
That brought his total beneficial interest in Arcontech to 995,000 shares, representing 7.44% of the company's issued share capital.
The trades were executed on the London Stock Exchange.
Meanwhile, Hargreaves Services disclosed that its group property director David Anderson conducted a share sale and immediate repurchase on 8 November.
Anderson sold 2,789 ordinary shares at 564p per share, and promptly reacquired the same volume into an ISA at a slightly lower price of 563.87p per share.
The transaction left Anderson's total holding unchanged at 113,653 shares, representing 0.35% of Hargreaves' issued share capital.
The manoeuvre was also executed on the London Stock Exchange.
At 1339 GMT, shares in Arcontech Group were up 5.26% at 120p, while those in Hargreaves Services were down 3.52% at 567.28p.
