Director dealings: Advanced Medical Solutions director snaps up shares
(Sharecast News) - Advanced Medical Solutions revealed on Friday that non-executive director Grahame Cook had acquired 48,864 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed tissue-healing technologies business.
Cook, who was appointed to the board of AMS in February 2021, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 205.25p each, for a total value of £100,239.36.
As of 1630 BST, Advanced Medical Solutions shares were flat at 202.50p.
