Director dealings: Everyman Media director snaps up shares via Kropifko interest
(Sharecast News) - Everyman Media revealed on Friday that executive director Adam Kaye had acquired 500,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed cinema chain. Kaye, who made the purchase via his interest in Kropifko Properties, snapped up the shares on Thursday at an average price of 25.5p each, for a total value of £127,500.
Following the purchase, Kaye holds a total beneficial interest in approximately 9.27% of Everyman's issued share capital.
As of 1520 GMT, Everyman shares had surged 24.24% to 31.68p.
