Director dealings: Savannah Energy, Totally insiders make big share purchases

(Sharecast News) - Directors at both Savannah Energy and Totally made significant share purchases in their respective companies recently, according to regulatory filings released on Monday. Savannah Energy's chair and non-executive director Joseph Pagop Noupoué acquired 909,088 ordinary shares at 9.8p each on 4 March.

Following the transaction, he held 7,004,814 shares, representing approximately 0.43% of the company's voting rights.

Savannah Energy is a British independent energy firm focused on projects across Africa.

Meanwhile, Totally reported substantial share purchases by two senior executives.

Interim chief executive officer Prasad Godbole bought 640,833 shares at 3.9p each on 21 March.

On the same day, medical director John McMullan acquired a total of 4,167,178 shares across six transactions, at an average price of 3.44546p .

Totally operates in the UK and Ireland, providing healthcare and corporate wellbeing services.

At 1334 GMT, shares in Savannah Energy were down 1.25% at 7.9p, while those in Totally were up 17.33% at 4.4p.
