Hunting wins $63.5m in orders from Guyana offshore project

(Sharecast News) - Precision engineering group Hunting said it had won $63.5m in orders to deliver its titanium stress joint (TSJ) products for a new offshore oil development in Guyana. The contract will be completed by the group's subsea spring business unit and will be delivered through to May 2028, with revenue being recognised from the second half of fiscal 2026, Hunting said on Tuesday. No customer details were provided.

TSJ products are used on floating production, storage and offloading vessels. Hunting said the new deal was in addition to $4.4m of orders secured by the group's Stafford and flexible engineered solutions units for the new Guyanese offshore development since December 2025, with further incremental orders likely to be received throughout the rest of 2026.

"Our TSJ product line, which is a critical component for offshore developments, continues to be adopted on key offshore projects utilising FPSOs, given the maintenance benefits and reliability offered," said chief executive Jim Johnson.
