Critical Metals shares suspended on annual results delay

(Sharecast News) - Shares in Critical Metals were suspended on Monday after the metals investment company faced delays in publishing its annual results. The results for the year to 30 June 2025 were due to be released by 31 October, according to the Financial Conduct Authority's listing, disclosure and transparency rules.

However, Critical Metals said there has been delays in providing auditor PKF Littlejohn adequate time to complete its tasks.

These delays were blamed on the added workload from a fundraise in August, along with changes in management and "additional work that the company has been engaged in to initiate a more extensive revenue generation".

"The company will continue to work closely with PKF to ensure that the audited results for the FYE 2025 are published as soon as possible. This is expected by 4 November 2025," the company said in a statement on Monday.
