When you call, please have your Customer Reference Number (CRN) ready. This will allow you to use our simple two step verification process, meaning that we can automatically verify your account; the CRN is a ten digit number starting with 100.

To use this process you will also need a PIN, which you set yourself, by clicking here or see below for more details.

Bereavements

We're sorry to hear about your loss. If you'd like to discuss what to do with an account that a relative may have had, please call us on 0800 41 41 16.

Report suspicious activity to Fidelity

If you believe your Fidelity account has been compromised or may be at risk please call us as soon as possible on 0800 358 7712 (Lines are open 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 6pm on Saturday).

You can also report suspected fraud to: www.actionfraud.police.uk, the UK’s national fraud and cybercrime reporting centre.

Setting up a PIN

To set up a PIN you'll need your 10-digit Customer Reference Number (starting with 100) plus one of your account numbers, if you don't have it to hand, please call us on 0800 41 41 25.
