Director dealings: Vistry director snaps up shares
(Sharecast News) - Vistry revealed on Tuesday that non-executive director Helen Owers had acquired 4,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed housebuilder. Owers, who was appointed to the board of Vistry in May 2023, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 944.37p each, for a total value of £37,774.80.
As of 1625 BST, Vistry shares were up 0.99% at 973.0p.
