Director dealings: Synthomer non-executive director snaps up shares
(Sharecast News) - Synthomer revealed on Friday that non-executive director Janet Ashdown had acquired 19,920 ordinary shares in the London-listed chemicals business. Ashdown, who was appointed to the board of Synthomer on Monday, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 99.00p each, for a total value of £19,721.38
As of 1500 BST, Synthomer shares were down 2.94% at 94.05p.
