(Sharecast News) - Surface Transforms was in the green on Thursday afternoon, after it detailed share acquisitions made by four board members in its recent placing and subscription.
The AIM-traded firm said non-executive chairman David Bundred, as well as non-executive directors Matthew Taylor, Julia Woodhouse and Ian Cleminson, subscribed for 600,000 shares between them at 40p each.
Taylor subscribed for 375,000 shares for a total value of £150,000, Woodhouse picked up 125,000 shares for £50,000, and Cleminson paid £25,000 for 62,500 shares.
Bundred added 37,500 shares to his holding, valuing his purchase at £15,000.
Following the transactions, Surface Transforms said David Bundred held 1,397,525 shares or 0.58% of its issued capital, while Taylor held a total of 0.18%, Woodhouse 0.05%, and Cleminson 0.07%.
At 1606 BST, shares in Surface Transforms were up 2.44% at 42p.
