Director dealings: Serica Energy director makes share purchase
(Sharecast News) - Serica Energy revealed on Tuesday that non-executive director David Latin had acquired 14,500 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed gas producer. Latin, who was appointed to the board of Serica in 2021, purchased the shares at an average price of 270.49p each, for a total value of £39,220.37.
Back in December, Serica Energy updated the market on its recent operations, revealing that its North Eigg exploration well '3/24c-6B' had been drilled to a total depth of 16,728 feet in the Jurassic Heather formation.
As of 1610 GMT, Serica shares were up 0.37% at 272.0p.
