Director dealings: Seeing Machines non-executive director raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Seeing Machines revealed on Monday that non-executive executive Michael Brown had acquired of 1.41m shares in the AIM-listed technology group. Brown, who purchased the shares via his interest in Lombard Odier Asset Management, purchased the shares on Friday in two separate transactions - snapping up 1.05m at an average price of 6.40p and a further 367,000 at 6.60p. In total, Lombard dropped £91,422 on the stock.

Following the transactions, Lombard now holds 624.12m ordinary shares, representing 15.03% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1600 GMT, Seeing Machines shares were up 1.91% at 6.93p.
