Director dealings: Seeing Machines director ups stake
(Sharecast News) - Seeing Machines revealed on Monday that non-executive director Michael Brown had upped his stake in the AIM-listed firm via his interest in Lombard Odier Asset Management. Lombard Odier Asset Management purchased 1.44m ordinary shares in the group on Friday at an average price of 5.40p each, for a total value of £78,193.08.
Following the transaction, Lombard Odier holds 644.63m ordinary Seeing Machines shares, representing approximately 15.52% of its issued share capital.
As of 1620 GMT, Seeing Machines shares were up 5.61% at 5.71p.
