Director dealings: Sage Group director makes share purchase

(Sharecast News) - Sage Group revealed on Thursday that non-executive director Roisin Donnelly had acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed software group. Donnelly, who was appointed to the role of NED earlier in February, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 782.84p each, for a total value of £78,284.

In January, Sage Group reiterated full-year guidance and said it had seen a strong start to the year. Updating on trading, the accounting and finance specialist said total revenues in the three months to 31 December had strengthened 10% to £540.0m.

As of 1600 GMT, Sage shares were up 0.44% at 781.60p.
