Director dealings: Sabre Insurance non-executive director raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Sabre Insurance revealed on Tuesday that non-executive director Bryan Joseph had acquired 15,209 ordinary shares in the London-listed private motor insurance underwriter. Joseph, who joined Sabre in June 2023, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 163.52p each, for a total value of £24,869.76.

Following the transaction, Joseph holds 24,314 ordinary Sabre shares, representing 0.004% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1625 BST, Sabre shares were down 1.47% at 160.40p.
