Director dealings: Restore director snaps up shares
(Sharecast News) - Restore revealed on Tuesday that non-executive director Lisa Fretwell had acquired 4,800 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed information management firm. Fretwell, who was appointed to the board of Restore in April 2022, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 250.0p, for a total value of £12,000.
Following the transaction, Fretwell holds a beneficial interest in 4,999 ordinary Restore shares.
As of 1620 BST, Restore shares were down 3.92% at 240.20p.
