Director dealings: Restore CEO ups stake
(Sharecast News) - Restore revealed on Monday that chief executive officer Charles Skinner had acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed records management company. Skinner, who took over as CEO in September 2023, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 280.0p each, for a total price of £280,000.
Following the transaction, Skinner holds a beneficial interest in 1.64m ordinary Restore shares.
As of 1530 BST, Restore shares were up 0.63% at 281.75p.
