Director dealings: Record CEO makes share purchase
(Sharecast News) - Record revealed on Wednesday that chief executive Leslie Hill had acquired 133,716 ordinary shares in the London-listed currency management firm. Hill, who took over as CEO back in 2020, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 87.24p each, for a total value of £116,654.78.
In November, Record reported first-half revenue growth of 35% to £22.1m, as its profit before tax increased 46% to £7.5m.
As of 1620 GMT, Record shares were down 0.29% at 89.74p.
