Director dealings: Oryx International, Elementis disclose director purchases
(Sharecast News) - Directors and their associates at Oryx International Growth Fund and Elementis have increased their personal investments in their respective companies, according to disclosures released on Tuesday in London. On 16 September, Annabel Brooke - associated with Oryx International director Jamie Brooke - purchased 8,000 ordinary shares of the company.
The shares were acquired at a price of 1,425p each, amounting to a total investment of £114,000.
In a separate filing, Elementis announced that non-executive director Maria Ciliberti acquired 10,000 shares of the company on 12 September.
The shares were bought at a price of $2.02 per share, totaling an investment of $20,200.
Both transactions were executed on the London Stock Exchange.
At 1326 BST, shares in Oryx International Growth Fund were up 1.63% at 1,438p, while those in Elementis were down 0.37% at 160p.
