Director dealings: Nanoco director linked to £1.7m share sale
(Sharecast News) - Quantum dots and nanomaterials producer Nanoco Group was at the top of the list of director sells on Wednesday, after a transaction worth over £1.7m was made, linked to a non-executive director. The London-listed firm said Lombard Odier Asset Management Europe sold five million shares on Monday.
It sold each share for 34.2p, netting it a total of £1,710,000.04 in the process.
Nanoco said the company is closely associated with its director Henry Turcan, who is the investment manager at Lombard Odier's 1798 Volantis operation.
