Director dealings: Motorpoint CEO makes share sale
(Sharecast News) - Motorpoint revealed on Tuesday that chief executive Mark Carpenter had disposed of 50,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed automotive retailer. Carpenter, who took over as CEO in April 2016, sold the shares on Friday at an average price of 121.0p each, for a total value of £60,500.
Following the transaction, Carpenter holds a beneficial interest in 8.53m ordinary Motorpoint shares, representing approximately 9.85% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1630 GMT, Motorpoint shares were up 0.39% at 127.50p.
