Director dealings: Melrose Industries non-executive director raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Melrose Industries revealed on Friday that non-executive director Mary Petryszyn had acquired 5,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed aerospace manufacturer. Petryszyn, who joined the board of Melrose in January, purchased the shares at an average price of 488p each, for a total value of £24,000.
Following the transaction, Petryszyn holds a beneficial interest in 25,000 ordinary Melrose shares.
As of 1530 BST, Melrose Industries shares were up 0.19% at 517.20p.
