Director dealings: Likewise non-executive director lowers stake
(Sharecast News) - Likewise Group revealed on Tuesday that non-executive director Andrew Simpson had disposed of 9.25m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed floor coverings distributor. Simpson, who was appointed to the board of Likewise in 2018, sold the shares on Friday at an average price of 15.0p each, for a total value of £1.38m.
Following the transaction, Simpson holds a beneficial interest in 10.68m ordinary Likewise shares.
As of 1620 GMT, Likewise shares were down 1.23% at 16.05p.
