(Sharecast News) - Intermediate Capital revealed on Monday that non-executive director Michael Nelligan had acquired 6,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed private equity investment firm.
Nelligan, who was appointed to the board of Intermediate Capital in 2016, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 1,391.0p each, for a total value of £83,460.
Following the transaction, Nelligan and his connected persons hold a total of 180,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.07% of ICP's issued share capital.
As of 1620 GMT, Intermediate Capital shares were up 2.88% at 1,439.78p.
