Director dealings: Henry Boot non-executive director lowers stake
(Sharecast News) - Henry Boot revealed on Monday that non-executive director Jonathan Sykes had disposed of 150,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed property developer. Sykes, who joined Henry Boot in 2011, sold the shares on Friday at an average price of 200.21p each, for a total value of £300,321.90.
Following the transaction, Sykes holds a beneficial interest in 20,000 ordinary Henry Boot shares.
As of 1610 GMT, Henry Boot shares were down 0.49% at 202.0p.
