Director dealings: Halfords CEO snaps up shares
(Sharecast News) - Halfords revealed on Friday that chief executive Henry Birch had acquired 71,500 ordinary shares in the London-listed motoring and cycling products retailer. Birch, who took over as CEO in April, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 139.82p each, for a total value of £99,974.87.
As of 1530 GMT, Halfords shares were up 1.33% at 141.06p.
