Director dealings: Gulf Marine Services director makes share purchase
(Sharecast News) - Gulf Marine Services revealed on Friday that non-executive director Charbel El Khoury had acquired 500,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed boat operator. El Khoury, who joined the board of GMS in August 2021, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 4.55p each, for a total value of £22,750.
As of 1540 GMT, GMS shares were down 3.14% at 4.48p.
