Director dealings: Greggs finance director lowers stake
(Sharecast News) - Greggs revealed on Monday that finance director Richard Hutton had disposed of 6,080 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed bakery chain. Hutton, who joined Greggs in 1998, sold the shares on Friday at an average price of 2,792.29p each, for a total value of £169,771.35.
Back in March, Greggs reported a 2% rise in annual profits, as inflation and higher costs hit the bottom line, and said it was planning a large expansion of its store estate.
As of 1615 BST, Greggs shares were down 0.73% at 2,753.81p.
