Director dealings: Games Workshop CEO snaps up shares
(Sharecast News) - Games Workshop revealed on Monday that chief executive Kevin Rountree had acquired 2,345 ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed miniatures group. Rountree, who originally joined Games Workshop as an assistant group accountant in 1998, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 16,250p each, for a total value of £381,062.50.
Following the transaction, Rountree holds a beneficial interest in 21,965 ordinary Games Workshop shares, representing approximately 0.07% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1525 BST, Games Workshop shares were up 0.55% at 16,420p.
