Director dealings: Franchise Brands director raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Franchise Brands revealed on Tuesday that senior independent non-executive director Peter Kear had acquired 57,500 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed multi-brand franchisor. Kear, who was appointed a director of the company in October 2023, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 174.0p each, for a total value of £100,050.00.
Following the transaction, Kear's holds a beneficial interest in 82,500 ordinary Franchise Brands shares, representing approximately 0.043% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1620 BST, Franchise Brands shares were down 0.27% at 173.03p.
