Director dealings: EMH director makes purchase, Raspberry Pi CEO associate sells
(Sharecast News) - European Metals Holdings and Raspberry Pi were among the companies disclosing significant director dealings on Tuesday EMH said non-executive director Lincoln Bloomfield Jr had acquired 123,400 ordinary shares on the ASX.
The purchase increased his total shareholding to 525,000 shares, representing 0.25% of its issued share capital.
Raspberry Pi meanwhile reported that Elizabeth Upton, a person closely associated with chief executive officer and founder Dr Eben Upton, sold 25,000 shares at 435p apiece on 17 June.
At the close on Tuesday, shares in European Metals Holdings were down 12.73% at 14.4p, while those in Raspberry Pi Holdings were off 3.07% at 426.49p.
