Director dealings: EKF Diagnostics director raises stake
(Sharecast News) - EKF Diagnostics revealed on Thursday that non-executive director Christopher Mills had acquired 100,000 shares in the AIM-listed global diagnostics business. Mills, who founded Harwood Capital Management in 2011, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 30.0p each, for a total value of £30,000.
Following the transaction, Mills' total direct and indirect interest in the company was 132.25m ordinary shares, representing approximately 29.14% of total voting rights over EKF's issued share capital.
As of 1600 GMT, EKF shares were up 2.64% at 31.10p.
