Director dealings: EasyJet non-exec invests, AO World CFO sells incentive shares
(Sharecast News) - EasyJet was on the list of director buys on Thursday, after it disclosed a purchase made by a non-executive director for more than 5,000 shares. The low-cost airline said Ryanne van der Eijk picked up 5,478 shares on 26 July, in a single transaction on London Stock Exchange.
It said van der Eijk paid 453p for each share, valuing the transaction at a total of £24,815.34.
On the selling side of the ledger was AO World, after nil-cost share awards granted under its incentive plan's 2020 grant vested.
The company said that on 25 July, its chief financial officer Mark Higgins exercised half of his vested 2020 nil-cost options for 107,629 shares, and subsequently sold the shares resulting from the exercise.
Higgins sold the shares for 97.62p apiece, valuing the sale at £105,067.43.
