Director dealings: Corero Network Security CEO snaps up shares
(Sharecast News) - Corero Network Security revealed on Wednesday that chief executive Carl Herberger had acquired 138,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed cyber security firm. Herberger, who took over as CEO in 2023, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 13.26p each, for a total value of £18,298.80.
Following the transaction, Herberger holds a beneficial interest in 1.83m ordinary Corero shares, representing approximately 0.36% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1540 GMT, Corero shares were up 5.79% at 13.33p.
