Director dealings: Corero Network Security CEO raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Corero Network Security revealed on Wednesday that chief executive Carl Herberger had acquired 106,530 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed DDoS protection solutions firm. Herberger, who took over as CEO in November 2023, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 18.0p each, for a total price of £19,175.40.
Following the purchase, Herberger has a total beneficial interest in 1.45m ordinary Corero shares, representing approximately 0.28% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1630 GMT, Corero shares were up 5.69% at 18.76p.
