Director dealings: Cobra Resources director ups stake

(Sharecast News) - Cobra Resources revealed on Friday that director David Clarke had acquired 1.40m ordinary shares in the London-listed exploration company. Clarke, who has been a non-executive director of Cobra since May 2020, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 0.97p each, for a total value of £13,664.46.

Following the transaction, Clarke holds a beneficial interest in 69.46m ordinary Cobra shares, representing approximately 9.56% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1620 BST, Cobra shares were down 0.97% at 1.02p.
